Stonoview.com is an independent website created and operated by a resident of the Stonoview community. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Lennar Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, the Stonoview homeowners association or its management company, or any builder, developer, or property manager of the Stonoview community. “Stonoview” is used only to describe the neighborhood the site serves.
What Stonoview.com is and isn't
Stonoview.com is a directory and payment convenience. The businesses listed here are independent individuals. Stonoview.com does not employ them, does not perform or supervise their work, does not verify licenses or insurance, and makes no guarantee about the quality, safety, or timeliness of any service. Any agreement for services is solely between the customer and the business.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay by card, your total is the business's price plus a 5% + $0.30 service fee retained by Stonoview.com. Stonoview.com holds the payment and transfers the business's price to the business's own Stripe account when the business marks the job complete, or automatically 14 days after the scheduled date. If a card booking is cancelled before the job is done, the full amount including the service fee is refunded. Cash payments are made directly to the business and Stonoview.com has no part in them. Disputes about the work itself are between the customer and the business; Stonoview.com will assist where it reasonably can.
